$1500 minimum Cashback comprised of –
· $400+ = Proceeds of one memorabilia item – donated by speakers attending
· $500+ = Table bingo receipts - $500 min. if 100 people – we will instruct your MC on how to coordinate this
· $500+ = Raffle proceeds – sporting legends attending will sign a club shirt or ball for you to raffle
· $500+ = Proceeds over reserve on other memorabilia items brought by the entertainers/legends (max. 5 items)
WHAT ELSE YOU GET –
· Ticket sales and bar proceeds
· Proceeds from your own auction and raffle items – The K Faktor can supply additional auction and raffle items at wholesale rates on consignment terms
· Both entertainers/legends show which lasts at least 1 hour or 2*30min sets + a Question & Answer session after the auction if required
· Both entertainers/legends arrive 30 minutes before start and stay back to ensure your ticket holders get the opportunity to speak with them, mingle and enjoy a beer or three!
· A promo DVD including 1) a step by guide as to how to host a successful function 2) matrix on financial return 3) pages of tips and hints as to how to market, advertise and raise more funds
· MC/Auctioneer at no charge - I am happy to MC/Auctioneer the show for no cash fee, if available, as I have MC’d over 300 shows the past 2 years. My fee is travel costs, accommodation if required, & proceeds to reserve on one piece of my own memorabilia
· Most of our gents are available to do radio interviews to assist you in promoting the event
TIP – If you are a hotel, club or pub – donate $10 per ticket to the local sports club and that should see them buy tickets. You could even offer the proceeds of 1 or 2 of the auction items to help them raise some funds ensuring you cover your own through the ticket sales. A win win situation.
SUGGESTED SHOW FORMAT -
· Welcome and thanks by Host. Host to intro MC (5 mins)
· MC to advise audience of shows itinerary and table bingo (5min)
· Lunch/Dinner (served and cleared = 40-60 mins)
· Formal intro of both Legends by MC – (5 mins)
· The lads tell stories from the good old days & comment on sport today (full of gags!) (60 mins or 2*30mins)
· Break (5-10 mins)
· Auction/Raffles – the boys’ pieces plus yours (15-30mins)
· Q and A with audience.(10 mins)
· Close and announcements (1min)
