Shipping Information
Our products are shipped throughout Australia by Australia Post. Customers requiring other methods of shipping need to contact us for a cost quotation.
Placing your order
You may place your order in confidence through our secure online:
- All information must match card account records as provided by the card issuing bank.
- The address of your computer and your ISP provider have been determined, and recorded as a safeguard against fraudulent behaviour and may be used by us or legal entities to prosecute guilty parties.
- Card fraud is a felony punishable by heavy fines and jail time. Fraudulent behaviour will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- Card numbers are transmitted directly to the banking network for authorization. We do not record your card number anywhere.
Order Acceptance
The K Faktor reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Privacy & Security
We respect your right to privacy and security. Information you provide to us is not passed on to any third parties. Personal information you provide to The K Faktor about yourself or others is treated with strictest confidentiality.

Our products are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD)
RETURNS
Claims for faulty products have to be submitted within 7 (seven) days from date of our invoice. A restocking fee may apply. Contact us BEFORE you intend to return any product.
